Data Deletion Request

Rivetra will verify the requestor's identity and authority before deleting business, accounting, client, payment, bank-feed, subscription, employee/team, signed document, or project records. A requestor may not have authority to delete or export all company data merely because their personal data appears in a company account.

Some records may be retained, restricted, anonymized, or archived when required or permitted for legal, accounting, tax, employment, security, fraud-prevention, payment-dispute, chargeback, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where Oregon privacy law or a similar law applies, Rivetra will respond to verified privacy-rights requests within 45 days after receipt unless an extension is permitted by law. Deleting account data does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play; manage or cancel those subscriptions through Google Play.
